How we help
Questions such as ‘is this normal’ and ‘when will these feelings end’ are common. We can help you or a loved one that is experiencing grief navigate through all the emotions and questions.
We provide individual counseling services to children, teens, and adults. The journey of life is at times difficult. The counselor is a person to help you navigate through your life’s journey to create the life you want to live and be the person you want to be.
Couples counseling is most successful when each partner is willing to listen to each other and be invested in each other’s happiness. It is a joint effort to make the partnership a loving, respectful, nurturing relationship.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) are modalities in which counselors work with the clients to recognize thinking patterns that may be a deterrent to reaching the life the client wishes for themselves.
The CANS assessment is a comprehensive trauma-informed behavioral health evaluation and communication tool for all youth entered into the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) conservatorship. Children between the ages of 3 and 17 years old in DFPS care are eligible.
